I'm not a gamer and have never played the Witcher video games, though what I see from the pictures, they look pretty awesome. Nor have a read the comic books. The character of Geralt of Rivia, which I will play here will be taken mostly from the books (I have read them all) and may be modified following the watching of the Netflix series of the Witcher with Henry Cavill playing Geralt.

Geralt of Rivia is a Witcher. He was trained at the Witcher's Wolf School at Kaer Mohren from the time he was a child to fight monsters and destroy evil. As part of his training, he was mutated to make him faster and stronger than an ordinary human. These mutations turned his hair white and changed the color of his eyes. He carries bottles of elixirs that he takes before fighting that make him even stronger and faster and look even stranger. He carries two swords, one of steel for ordinary sword work and one coated with silver for slaying monsters. He is also trained to use simple magic and can cast spells and curses, but he is not an adept or sorcerer. Geralt is generally employed to slay monsters. His horse is named Roach. Though all the horses that he has owned are called Roach.
